Role summary & Overview
- As a Executive manager in our Agreements team, you’ll head sophisticated, high-effect financial record that shape emerging direction of our customers’ businesses.
- From mergers and purchases to divestitures and strategic capital deployments, you’ll be at the forefront of pushing value through smart negotiation.
- This position places you in a strategic executive guidance role—leading cross-functional teams, monitoring due diligence and appraisal methods, and compelling directly with top level participants to supply practical findings.
- With your in-depth financial proficiency and business-related strategic insight, you’ll advise customers across industries as they navigate critical financial funding decisions, minimize risks, and unlock avenues.
Primary duties
- Supervise the full lifecycle of agreements which includes mergers, purchases, divestitures, restructurings, and long-term alliances.
- Serve as a trusted consultant to top level senior leaders, supplying practical findings and strategic guidance that lead value and reduce risk.
- Oversee financial, business, and business-related due diligence methods, which includes appraisal modeling and synergy evaluations.
- Oversee and train cross-functional teams—nurturing a high-effectiveness culture and leading advancement for support personnel.
- Team up with lawful, tax, and adherence professionals to guarantee smooth and conforming transaction implementation.
- Build and preserve customer connections, recognize new commercial opportunities, and support to practice growth through expert influence and creative invention.
- Ensure dispatch superiority while preserving adherence with compliance guidelines and internal quality procedures.
- Stay on top of industry trends, industry dynamics, and rival activity to guide transaction plan and customer interaction.
- Assist the Agreements Plan team, concentrating on M&A plan, business-related due diligence (CDD) and other strategic zones.
- Head high-effect advising projects without delay for key industry players and build and sustain trusted within and outside the organization connections.
- Oversee and supply transaction-associated plan advising projects, predominantly in business-related and occasionally in business processes.
Qualifications
Bsc in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a associated business discipline At least 10–12 years of related experience in business finance, financial funding banking, transaction consultative, or transaction advising
Others:
- Expertise in transaction professional guidance, business finance, appraisal and financial forecasting, M&A consultative, Structure or project finance, financial funding banking
- Applicable qualifications which includes ACA or ACCA or CFA. is essential
- Deep knowledge of balance sheet and income statement, accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP), and financial forecasting
