Position Concise

We are seeking a innovative and proficient Bakery chef to join our culinary team. The preferred candidate will be committed to baking and dessert formation, with a sharp perception for description, visual communication, and taste. You will be in charge of getting ready a broad selection of desserts, pastries, and other sweet goods, making sure premium quality and uniformity. If you enjoy experimenting with flavors and bringing new creative thoughts to the menu, we’d like to meet you.

Duties

• Organize a broad selection of baked goods which includes cakes, tarts, pies, cookies, and breads.
• Formulate, test, and introduce new dessert recipes in line with seasonal practices and client preferences.
• Decorate pastries and desserts using different methods (e.g., icing, glazing, chocolate work, sugar art).
• Verify that every baked goods are fresh, appealing, and meet quality benchmarks before serving.
• Track ingredient inventory levels and place orders as needed to avoid shortages.
• Preserve a clean, structured, and hygienic kitchen environment in adherence with food safety guidelines.
• Oversee and educate pastry assistants or support personnel where relevant.
• Work alongside the Chief Cook and kitchen team to design menus and suggest enhancements.
• Oversee baking plans and generation to meet client needs (which includes special orders or events).
• Follow portion and waste regulate standard procedures to enhance food cost.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Certification or accreditation in Culinary Arts, Pastry & Baking, or equivalent development.
• Demonstrated expertise as a Bakery chef, Bakery chef, or applicable position.
• Solid understanding of baking methods, dessert visual communication, and food safety rules.
• Creativeness and enthusiasm for conceptualizing unique and appealing recipes.
• Meticulousness with outstanding corporate and time-leadership abilities.
• Capability to operate productively under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
• Robust collaboration and verbal abilities.
• Adaptive schedule to operate early mornings, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
