Support Chief operator at Class Suites Hotel and Apartments in Ikeja, Lagos

Duties

• Business Monitoring: Oversee routine hotel processes, making sure departments like room maintenance services, front office, and servicing & maintenance run smoothly and productively.
• Employees Management: Supervise, educate, train, and motivate employees, nurturing a positive work environment and making sure strong results guidelines are fulfilled.
• Visitor Fulfillment: Ensure exceptional visitor service by managing matters, service issues, and making sure a welcoming expertise to build visitor commitment.
• Monetary aid: Help the Chief operator in supervising financial plans, tracking expenditures, coordinating income streams, and executing cost-regulatory actions.
• Managerial Duty: Offer managerial assist to the Chief operator, carry out their rules, and organize documentation.
• Unit-specific Synchronization: Organize with department heads to guarantee smooth process and cohesion across all hotel processes.
• Guidelines & Adherence: Preserve high guidelines of cleanliness, safety, and service throughout the hotel, making sure compliance to organisation rules and standardized processes.
• Issue resolution: Recognize and handle business or service differences, executing corrective actions to enhance effectiveness and visitor fulfillment.
• Income and Growth: Support to optimizing the hotel's public image, income, and growth through various initiatives and programs.
• Absence Coverage: Serve and serve as the Chief operator in their absence, assuming full duty for the hotel's processes.

Qualifications
