Position Overview

The HR & Management Manager is accountable for managing every facet of talent management and managerial processes inside the company. This comprises coordinating Human resources rules, hiring process, results tracking, workplace engagement, development and development, and making sure smooth managerial assist across the interior design projects, showroom processes, and furniture production operations unit. The position requires a balance of strategic Human resources executive guidance and practical managerial management to assist a agile and innovative business environment.

Primary duties HR Management:

  • Formulate and execute Human resources plans, rules, and standardized processes in sync with organisation targets.
  • Head the full hiring process cycle (position postings, interviews, selection, orientation) for design, showroom, and factory worker.
  • Supervise results tracking, which includes setting KPIs, carrying out appraisals, and assisting professional development.
  • Lead employee relation and retention programs tailored to multicultural teams (UI/UX professionals, sales employees, artisans, factory labourers).
  • Oversee workplace engagement, grievance managing, dispute settlement, and disciplinary standardized processes.
  • Guarantee adherence with work legal provisions, workplace safety and wellness guidelines, and other compliance obligations.
  • Preserve and modify Human resources records, agreements, and talent data in line with industry standards.
  • Organize capacity-building plans to build employees capacity (creative applications, client support, factory safety, etc.).

Strategic Payments:

  • Collaborate with management to projection hiring requirements for new projects, showroom growth, and factory growth.
  • Support to business improvement, organizational culture development, and adjustment management programs.
  • Execute Human resources indicators and status updates to track staff productivity and managerial effectiveness.
  • Assist succession organizing and executive guidance development programs.

Credentials & Competencies

  • Bsc in HR Management, Business Management, Industrial Relations, or relevant field.
  • At least 5 – 7 years Human resource and admin expertise, ideally in production operations, in-store, or project-based industries.
  • Specialist Human resources accreditation (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of work legal provisions, Human resources industry standards, and office adherence.
  • Demonstrated expertise coordinating multicultural teams (innovative employees, showroom/sales staff, and factory labourers).
  • Clear articulation, bargain, and people skills.
  • Robust corporate and analytical abilities with meticulousness.
  • Competence in Human resources software and Office productivity software resources.
  • Capability to operate in a dynamic, innovative, and practical environment.
