Position Overview

The Sales Automatic control & Digital Transformation Executive will be in charge of optimizing our sales methods through automatic control and pushing digital transformation programs across the company. This position concentrates on optimizing business development team effectiveness, analytics-based strategic judgment, and optimizing entire business effectiveness by combining cutting-edge online platforms and channels.

Digital Transformation:

• Implement digital transformation projects to optimize processes in the allocated Branch.
• Work alongside IT and other departments to deploy new technical solutions, which includes ERP (enterprise resource planning) operational structures.
• Lead the adoption of online platforms cross-departmentally, making sure proper utilization.
• Improved Excel Proficiency:
• Utilize improved Excel competencies to produce data models, execute pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and other improved processes
• Formulate custom documentation and automate information handling duty using Excel resources
• Work alongside cross-operational teams to improve strategic judgment through thorough data evaluation
• Ensure the honesty and reliability of data across digital channels and operational structures.

Key Qualifications

• Education: Bsc in Business Management, Information Tech, Promotion, or a relevant field.
• Expertise: 3+ years of expertise in sales automatic control, digital transformation, or associated positions.
• Demonstrated expertise in executing sales automatic control resources (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or similar channels).
• Improved expertise in Excel spreadsheet software is essential, which includes sophisticated processes which includes pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
