Position Overview

The Human resources Business data analyst (Wage processing & Human resources Processes) will be in charge of offering analytics-based findings across core Human resources processes, which includes hiring process, results tracking, professional growth, workplace engagement, and remuneration. This position ensures precision and adherence in wage processing, sustains HRIS information accuracy, and supplies documentation and data analysis that assist strategic staff planning and corporate strategic judgment.

Duties

• Collect, evaluate, and documentation Human resources data across key processes, which includes hiring process, effectiveness, learning & development, workplace engagement, and remuneration.
• Manage wage processing methods with precision, adherence, and prompt implementation.
• Track Human resources indicators which includes Time to Fill, attrition, and development performance to mentor strategic judgment.
• Produce findings and dashboards to assist staff planning and human resource management programs.
• Ensure HRIS information accuracy and help with adherence status updates and audits.
• Adjust to continuously adapting project qualifications and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Personnel Manangement or relevant field.
• Demonstrated expertise in wage processing management and Human resources data evaluation.
• Competence in HRIS, wage processing operational structures, and Excel (or similar resources).
• Deep knowledge of Human resources principles across various Human resources processes.
• Robust logical, meticulous, and verbal abilities.
