Job Description

Position Overview

  • The Planner / Project scheduler will be in charge of conceptualizing, preserving, and directing the combined timeline for the Ibom International Hospital.
  • The position make sure that design, building, equipping, and initiating initiatives are sequenced and tracked productively.
  • The planner will align milestone tracking with financial achievements (IPC triggers), produce executive dashboards, and offer self-sufficient timetable evaluation to assist strategic judgment for both TIMS management and government participants.

Cost & Asset Consolidation:

  • Collaborate with Finance and Treasury teams to align money movement projections with the timeline.
  • Submit application Acquired Value Management (EVM) to combine cost and timetable effectiveness (Organized Value vs Acquired Value vs Actual Cost).
  • Organize labor histograms and tools deploying charts.

Risk mitigation strategy:

Preserve a risk register of timetable bottlenecks (e.g., material setbacks, OEM supplies, initiating hurdles). Propose early alerts and risk reduction measures to avoid project slippage.

Credentials & Expertise

  • Bsc in Engineering, Building Management, Project coordination, or relevant field.
  • 8 – 12 years demonstrated expertise as a project scheduler/planner on large-scale healthcare, structure, or petroleum sector projects.
  • Specialist competence in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Solid understanding of Acquired Value Management (EVM) and expense management consolidation.
  • Understanding with hospital/healthcare project initiating is a plus.
  • Clear articulation and status updates competencies, capable to show technical advancement transparently to non-technical participants.

  • High meticulousness with initiative-driven risk recognition.
