Primary duties

• Head the finance Management of all donor-financed and institutional projects.
• Formulate financial plans in alignment with programmatic targets and donor qualifications.
• Track project expenditures to guarantee adherence with authorized financial plans.
• Organize prompt and precise financial statements for donors, management, and other participants.
• Coordinate and bargain with current and possibility donors on financial qualifications and status updates data layouts.
• Assist project teams with budgeting, evaluation, and projections.
• Guarantee adherence with donor standard procedures, corporate financial rules, and statutory rules.
• Supervise internal regulate process, project financial audits, and offer recordkeeping as necessary at all levels.
• Preserve current expertise in donor financial rules and grant management procedures.
• Offer financial development and capacity-building assist to project employees.
