Job Description

Design, execute, and track internal regulate frameworks in line with compliance obligations and industry standards.
Recognize, evaluate, and documentation business, financial, and adherence risks across business units.
Formulate risk risk reduction plans to strengthen operational workflows and ensure legal adherence.
Carry out consistent internal regulate assessments, spot checks, and audits to identify and prevent discrepancies.
Deliver promptly risk intelligence and strategic guidance for executive review for informed strategic judgment.
Advocate a robust risk and adherence culture across the company through development and consultative assist.

Bsc in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a relevant field.
Specialist qualifications which includes ACA, ACCA, CFA, CIMA, or CISA are a robust advantage.
At least 7 - 8 years of related experience in internal regulate, audit, or risk mitigation strategy inside the financial solutions sector.
Deep knowledge of CBN rules, risk frameworks, and standardized best practices.
Robust logical, investigation, and status updates competencies, with focused awareness to description.
Competence in Office productivity software and applicable risk/audit resources.
Clear articulation and stakeholder engagement competencies.
