Duties

• Formulate and execute promotion plans to draw in and retain customers.
• Advance loan goods, savings schemes, and other financial initiatives to potential opportunities and current clients.
• Carry out market analysis to recognize client needs and endorse appropriate initiatives.
• Build and preserve solid connections with customers, business associations, and trade groups.
• Identify potential clients, check in with potential opportunities, and ensure transformation into active customers.
• Work alongside the credit team to assist loan processing, disbursement, and supervising.
• Arrange advertising events, business clinics, and capacity-building sessions.
• Track rivals’ initiatives and industry trends to endorse strategic modifications.
• Organize and send consistent documentation on sales initiatives, project sample growth, and effectiveness.
• Accomplish allocated targets for customer purchase, deposit mobilization, and loan disbursement.

Credentials

Interested applicants should have an Higher national diploma or Bsc with 2-4 years of expertise.
