Main Operation

Assist Business Line Safety, Guard, Health, and Environment (SSHE) stewardship methods and project sample evaluation. Formulate and track results indicators to assess business effectiveness. Assist the SSHE Manager in coordinating the SSHE programme, as directed by the SSHE Manager. Organize a range of initiatives and be the point of reach out for the Regional SSHE Consultants

Duty and Duties

• Formulate Safety, Health and Ecological (SHE) development on health and safety protocols, procedures for the plant in addition to service providers 
• Set up a system for executing the safety strategy which includes hardware, software, data flow, evaluation methods and status updates document structure
• Formulate safety information exchange strategy to employees and service providers 
• Design a safety reward system
• Organize the development of the Waste Management, Environment and Industrial Hygiene strategy for the turnaround
• Evaluate Vendor safety strategies
• Part of the team to execute risk assessment of specific roles
• Execute the safety programme
• Assemble SHE statistics

Competencies and Credentials

• Secondary school or College level education or equivalent preferred
• Previous expertise in a strongly connected role
• Expertise in Building Safety-associated roles (previous expertise inside the group preferred) ".
