The applicant must possess a PhD Academic qualification in the applicable field or its equivalent from a identified institution plus three (3) years educational background experience and four (4) transaction entry publications, two (2) of which must possess been released OR a PhD with specialist registration plus three (3) released transaction entry articles OR a Masters Academic qualification plus six (6) years educational background experience plus five (5) transaction entry articles, four (4) of which must possess been released.
