The applicant must possess a PhD academic qualification in the applicable field or its equivalent from a identified institution plus three (3) years educational background experience and four (4) transaction entry publications, two (2) of which must possess been released or PhD with specialist registration plus three (3) released transaction entry articles or a Masters academic qualification plus six (6) years educational background experience plus five (5) transaction entry articles, four (4) of which must possess been released.
