Overview

The Vehicle Sales Delegate is in charge of creating sales, building client connections, and making sure outstanding client support while meeting dealership sales targets. The position includes leading clients through the vehicle buying procedure, from starting query to concluding dispatch.

Primary duties

• Welcome and engage clients, recognize their needs, and endorse appropriate vehicles.
• Clarify product capabilities, requirements, pricing, funding options, and warranties.
• Run assessment leads and show vehicle effectiveness.
• Bargain sales terms and close agreements to meet or exceed every month targets.
• Process sales paperwork and guarantee adherence with dealership and compliance obligations.
• Preserve expertise in ongoing stock, new product launches, campaigns, and market trends.
• Check in with potential opportunities and previous clients to produce repeat and referral business.
• Build and preserve robust client connections for long-term fulfillment and commitment.
• Work alongside finance and service departments to offer a smooth customer experience.

Credentials

Interested applicants should have an SSCE / GCE / NECO, Bachelor's degree, Higher national diploma, OND certification with 2 - 8 years work expertise.
