About the Position
The Director Schools is in charge of the results tracking of every school in the territory or programme. This comprises school management, academic programming, school programming, employees career advancement, legal adherence, and parent and public involvement in every school we assist. What You Will Do
- Be in charge of the success of schools in your territory. Success is defined by (i) delivering superiority in all School Management indicators, (ii) meeting or exceeding driven learning result targets, (iii) building an environment that fosters group and parent relation.
- Ensure each Manager supplies on their monitoring of schools and individual KPIs. Their schools should supply the promise of learning and comprehensive development for children, and possess a robust and top-performing cohort of teachers;
- Be in charge of the management of direct status updates lines with Regional Managers (to whom School Supervisors documentation), L&D Manager, and Academic Manager
- Use data from various suppliers to guarantee that academic programming - offerings, lesson quality, tutor assist, learning creative invention, etc. - throughout the year is strong, aligns with governance policies, is contextualised to the territory, and directs to outsized learning results for all pupils.
- Use data from various suppliers to guarantee Regional Managers, Supervisors are productively coordinating their schools, and producing safe learning environments.
- Be in schools 20% time, observing training, observing management, and interacting with participants, which includes government authorities, parents, and group groups.
- When observing or holding sessions, use rubrics or other documents to assist organized observation and status updates.
- Assist specific school events, which includes partnering on programming for such events as school opening celebrations, parent tutor professional forums and school closing celebrations, in addition to group exhibits and involvement in co-curricular contests.
- Ensure school power and assist registration endeavors are accomplished.

- Ensure school key stakeholders are actively building a pipeline of school employees applicants, leveraging parents, local government executive guidance and other local entities.
- Ensure schools are operating directly with county or regional government executive guidance, tutor development centers or regional entities to assist procurement applicants for school employees.
- Manager financial plan and optimization, prevent fraud and ensure financial discipline among the Schools group.
