Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous, smart and logical Business data analyst to join our team in the logistics & supply sector.
The successful applicant will be in charge of collecting, evaluating, and interpreting business and business data to optimize productivity, enhance stock chain methods, and assist strategic strategic judgment.
This position requires robust analytical abilities, an capability to convert data into practical findings, and a enthusiasm for ongoing development within a dynamic logistics environment.

Collect, clean, and confirm logistics & supply data from various suppliers (warehousing, fleet management, procurement, client orders, etc.).
Formulate dashboards and documentation to track KPIs which includes stock turnover, dispatch timeline, order precision, and cost effectiveness.
Carry out trend, variance, and root-cause evaluation to recognize bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and avenues for process optimization.
Offer statistics-driven findings to assist requirement predicting, route organizing, and stock management
Work alongside cross-operational teams (processes, procurement, finance, and IT) to align status updates with business targets.
Automate recurring status updates methods and streamline data processes for effectiveness.
Report results and strategic guidance for executive review in a clear and implementable manner.
Ensure data precision, honesty and reliability, and adherence with organisation guidelines.

Applicants should have applicable credentials.
2+ years of demonstrated expertise as a Business data analyst.
Competence in SQL for querying large data collections.
Expertise with data visualization resources
Improved expertise in Excel (pivot tables, sophisticated formulas, data modeling).
Robust logical and critical thinking competencies with meticulousness.
Clear articulation competencies for demonstrating findings to both technical and non-technical target groups.
