Scholarship Profession Consultant at Pathfinder Consulting - Remote in Remote

About the Position

We are looking for a driven, in-depth knowledge, and initiative-driven Scholarship Job counselor to join our team. In this position, you will offer personalized direction to students and experts looking for international scholarship avenues, assist them in building captivating applications, and assist them navigate academic and profession scene changes successfully. The preferred candidate is adaptable, student-attentive, and thrives on making a quantifiable effect in customers' teaching journeys.

Profession Mentoring:

• Assist customers in building robust academic and specialist profiles, which includes LinkedIn optimization, Resume arranging, and personal brand identity.
• Proposal direction on profession strategic judgment, academic progression, and long-term organizing in sync with scholarship and programme choices.
• Motivate objective planning and responsibility through consistent follow-ups and guidance.
• Endorse teaching programs or institutions in sync with the customer’s profession ambitions and scholarship options.

Group & Participant Relation:

• Oversee and moderate a scholarship-attentive group/forum to distribute tips, assets, and success stories.
• Work alongside academic institutions, scholarship bodies, and worldwide associates to promote avenues for customers.
• Stand for Pathfinder Advising at scholarship fairs, education expos, and other events (virtual or in-person).

Credentials

• Bsc in educational studies, Counseling, International affairs, or a relevant field (MSC will be an added advantage).
• 3–5 years of expertise in profession mentoring, academic advising, or scholarship professional guidance.
• Deep knowledge of international scholarship operational structures (e.g., Chevening, Erasmus, DAAD, Fulbright, Mastercard Foundation).
• Clear articulation, drafting, and editing competencies, especially in crafting application documents.
• Empathetic, customer-oriented approach with a track document of assisting students to scholarship success.
• Capability to oversee various customers and timelines with competence and precision.
• Technology-savvy with expertise in CRM resources, Google Workspace/Zoho, and online partnership channels.
