Job Description

Head the development of the execution strategy and track its advancement.
Collaborate with all assisting team on the project to guarantee that their duty are prompt carried out according to the execution strategy
Formulate every quarter documentation and distribute with the expert before the due dates.
Execute all Human resources position duties.
Control spending of the project and verify that every predicting, financial plan organizing and financial statement are fulfilled on time.
Track the Financial plan versus Actual documentation and ensure every month overspent and under spent zones are not repeated.
Oversee all external participants on the project and ensure they play their positions as organized in the project
Oversee the project officers’ effectiveness and support to their profession’s growth.
Head every month project evaluate sessions and distribute hurdles with the team for action.
Make sure that the executing local associates carry out their work as planned and of the best standard.
Support to proposal development for all sector.
Verify that every assets of the project are safe and their information are entered into the asset register.
Diligently carry out any other assignment allocated in engagement to the objective of the company by the expert and other company key stakeholders.

Candidates must have at least Bachelor's degree /Higher national diploma certification.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 4 years of expertise in their respective fields.
Candidates must be highly proficient in Ms word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Candidates must be resident in Borno State or any close by town/village.
Candidates language fluency required in English, Hausa and any language spoken in the zone will be an added advantage.
