Position Overview

The Social media personnel will be in charge of coordinating and growing Uncle Stan’s online presence across all digital channels. This position requires a blend of creativeness, plan, and data analysis to guarantee our corporate identity stays compelling, trendy, and influential in the dynamic world of social platforms.

Primary duties

• Formulate and implement a social platforms plan to grow corporate identity consciousness, relation, and sales.
• Oversee routine posting, planning, and public involvement across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter (X), Facebook, and YouTube.
• Work alongside the Digital producer to generate exciting and shareable content.
• Track social platforms practices, viral hurdles, and rival initiatives, and submit application them to our corporate identity.
• Interact with followers, address comments/messages, and build a robust online group.
• Run paid community-related marketing (ads, sponsored posts, influencer alliances) and track ROI.
• Organize every month social platforms documentation and findings to mentor promotion decisions.
• Lead online marketing, giveaways, and corporate identity activations that produce buzz.
• Collaborate with the Client support team to manage response and ensure outstanding online reputation management.
• Preserve a regular corporate identity voice and narrative creation style across all channels.

Credentials & Competencies

• Bsc in Promotion, Communications, Media, or relevant field (preferred).
• Demonstrated expertise as a Social media personnel, Digital marketing specialist, or similar position.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Twitter (X), and Facebook algorithms.
• Outstanding copywriting and content organizing competencies.
• Understanding with social platforms resources (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
• Analytics-based mentality with expertise in social platforms data analysis.
• Innovative, fun, and current with online culture, digital media snippets, and practices.
• Clear expression and people competencies for group building.
• Task juggling skill and organize schedule productively in a dynamic environment.
