Property Sales Implementer at Resource Intermediaries Limited (RIL) in Dugbe, Ibadan - Oyo

Position Overview

Our customer looks for a agile, outcomes-driven specialist Commercial manager. This hybrid position blends the strategic duties of business development with the customer-facing implementation of real estate sales. The successful applicant will spearhead the organization’s growth by recognizing new commercial opportunities, securing high-value strategic collaborations, and pushing direct sales of the Property projects.

Sales Obligations:

• Potential opportunity and produce vetted prospects for the organization’s housing projects.
• Carry out real estate demonstrations, on-site inspections, and talks with potential buyers.
• Transform questions into validated sales, making sure accomplishment of every month and every quarter revenue goals.
• Oversee customer connections, making sure strong fulfillment and after-sales service.
• Design and execute sales marketing (with assist from the promotion team) to lead customer purchase.
• Offer on a weekly basis sales and pipeline documentation for executive review.

Credentials & Competencies

• Bachelor's degree/Higher national diploma in Business Management, Promotion, Property, Estate Management, or relevant field.
• 2-4 years work expertise.
• Deep knowledge of the Nigerian real estate market, which includes diaspora and NHF-driven housing requirement.
• Outstanding bargain, visual communication, and closing competencies.
• Effective guidance attributes, with capability to train entry-level sales employees when hired.
• Competence in MS Workspace Suite and CRM software; digital promotion expertise is a plus.
• Exceptional information exchange, interpersonal, and connection leadership abilities.
• Objective-oriented, self-driven, and capable to operate under minimal oversight.
