Top level IT Officer at Primly Premium Solutions Limited in Abuja (FCT)

Position Overview

The preferred candidate will oversee our websites, cloud solutions, and IT support while offering practical IT assistance. This position requires a deep knowledge of web technical solutions and cloud channels like AWS and cPanel. Expertise with hardware setup or fix, Closed-circuit television installation, and resources like 3CX is a robust advantage.

Primary duties

• Formulate and preserve websites using frameworks and resources which includes Laravel, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Keep all websites running smoothly with minimal non-operational time; set up resources to track uptime and effectiveness.
• Oversee domain names, web organizing accounts, DNS settings, and use resources like cPanel and WHM.
• Track and preserve our AWS cloud servers (ensure they are financed, online, and running productively).
• Collaborate with the SEO team to enhance website search rankings and technical effectiveness.
• Head web and app projects, from idea stage to initiate, which includes organizing, setting achievements, running test, and operating with external developers.
• Offer IT systems support to team members across various workspace sites (remotely or in-field).
• Assist with diagnosing issues software, hardware, and network access concerns.
• Help in coordinating entire Technology infrastructure with the internal team.
• Assist and organize other general IT duty as needed cross-functional units.
• Set up and diagnose issues email accounts (Outlook, Gmail), Google Lead, and other cloud-based applications used by the company.
• Assist in addressing helpdesk requests, prioritising immediate concerns, and escalating as required.
• Help with Closed-circuit television system installation, servicing & maintenance, and repairs.
• Use and assist messaging platforms like 3CX VoIP phone operational structures.
• Other obligations as allocated

Credentials

• Bsc in Computer Science, Information Tech, or a relevant field.
• Robust expertise with Laravel, HTML, CSS, and general web development.
• Expertise in cPanel, WHM, domain management, and web organizing.
• Expertise coordinating AWS cloud structure (especially EC2 instances).
• Practical experience with IT systems support – diagnosing issues laptops, software, network concerns, etc.
• Understanding with Closed-circuit television setup and fix is a plus.
• Expertise with 3CX or similar VoIP operational structures will be an added advantage.
• Capability to convey system problems transparently to both technical and non-specialists.
• Applicable IT qualifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, AWS, Laravel, etc.) are a plus.
