Position Overview
- We are looking for a inspired and client-oriented Sales Delegate to join our clothing store team.
- The preferred candidate will be in charge of supplying outstanding client support, helping clients in finding the right goods, and assisting to lead store sales.
- You will play a main responsibility in producing a welcoming shopping expertise and advocating the corporate identity in a specialist and friendly manner.
Primary duties
- Welcome and help clients as they enter the store
- Offer product strategic guidance based on client needs and preferences
- Preserve expertise in ongoing sales and campaigns
- Upsell and cross-sell clothing items and accessories to grow sales
- Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, neatly displayed, and structured
- Manage client service issues or matters promptly and competently
- Process sales financial record using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Preserve cleanliness and orderliness of the sales floor and appropriate guest accommodations
- Meet or exceed routine and every month revenue goals
- Engage in stock counts and restocking as required
Qualifications
- At least SSCE/OND certification
- Previous expertise in in-store sales or fashion is a plus
- Clear expression and people skills
- Friendly, approachable, and assured in client engagements
- Capability to operate well in a collaborative environment
- Good corporate and handling multiple responsibilities abilities
- Basic computer literacy and understanding with POS operational structures
- Adaptive schedule to operate weekends, holidays, and changes as needed
