Grant Purchase & Management:

  • Analysis and pursue high-value local and international grants
  • Compose captivating, analytics-based proposals for six-figure financing avenues
  • Build and oversee a grant pipeline and status updates calendar
  • Preserve solid connections with institutional funders

Marketing & Visibility:

  • Design and implement innovative donor marketing and capital raising events
  • Work alongside the messaging team on capital raising content and decks
  • Stand for CAIN at donor sessions, professional forums, and sector events

Necessary Credentials

  • Applicants should have a Bsc in a applicable field
  • 3+ years of expertise in nonprofit capital raising, development, or donor relations
  • Verified ability to personally increase $200,000+ yearly across multifaceted financing suppliers
  • Outstanding grant drafting and proposal development competencies with measurable success
  • Firm knowledge of donor plan, nonprofit financial planning, and financials
  • Outstanding information exchange, bargain, and building relationship competencies
  • Cozy operating in lean, dynamic, purpose-led teams
  • Understanding with CRM channels like Salesforce or Bloomerang (a plus)
