Role summary

• Greet and engage clients in a specialist and friendly manner.
• Comprehend client needs and endorse suitable goods (phones, gadgets, accessories, etc.).
• Accomplish routine, on a weekly basis, and every month revenue goals.
• Offer precise product information and show product capabilities when needed.
• Process client buys and returns using the POS system and the Enterprise platform planning operational structures
• Preserve proper display of goods and ensure inventory levels are adequate.
• Manage client service issues or report to higher support tier them to the suitable authority.
• Track and documentation on client response and sales practices.
• Help with stocktaking, stock regulate, and store company.
• Keep current on ongoing campaigns and new product launches

Qualifications

Applicants should have at least an OND certification with a minimum of 1 year work expertise.
