Position Overview

The Support Chief operator, HAM & Administrator will be responsible for offering full Human resources assist to a key business unit. The duties of this position will be to offer strategic and business Human resources guidance, mentoring, development and assist to the managers and employees; serving as the point of reach out for the key stakeholders; and being an active member of one or more executive guidance teams. The successful applicant will possess duties covering a broad spectrum of Human resources initiatives which includes workplace engagement, diversity, guidance connected with rules/methods and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bsc / Higher national diploma in Business Management and any Community-related Science and Management associated courses
• MSC is a plus.
• Chartered Institute of Staff administration (CIPM) and other applicable specialist body is essential.
• A minimum of 15 years of progressive work expertise in this role in a reputable company.
• Team building, dispute settlement and high emotional intelligence competencies.
• Launch and adaptable to modifications in key focuses and timelines with good listening competencies.
• Good issue resolution and strategic judgment abilities.
• Outstanding information exchange and people skills.
• Effective guidance & team lead ability is crucial.
