Role summary
- In charge of directing day-to-day activities of the organization, strategy the top-performing managerial standardized processes and also serve as a communication link between customers and the company by helping with service issues, invoicing and other queries.
- Oversee customers and their requests by responding to questions and service issues through means which includes telephone calls, emails etc without delay.
- Ensure client loyalty and grow our clientele.
- Keep proper records and current client and customers' DB.
- Preserve data records and records of calls, hard copies of patients’ files, invoicing initiatives additional details.
- Opening of patients’ files for newly registered patients, allotting hospital and medical document number and retrieving of patients files when customers come for check in.
- Check that all discharged patients are properly checked back by primary Clinicians.
- Take questions from patients or their relatives with regards to our solutions, prices and processes either through telephone or in person.
- Concentration on offering exceptional solutions resulting in client fulfillment
- Attempt to settle and de-report to higher support tier any concerns in a calm manner
- Exhibits a meticulous protocol and friendly mindset at all times when responding telephone calls
- Accordingly plans patient assignments for discussions, reviews, treatments, client engagement, or re-assessment
- In charge of preserving and updating patient medical records.
Administrator. Operation:
- Strategy and organize managerial standardized processes and operational structures and formulate ways to streamline methods
- Accept, dispatch and circulate formal correspondence.
- Ensure the accessibility of necessary inventory by recognizing procurement needs of the facility (reception, departments, kitchen, and wards)
- Ensure efficient organizing and implementation of processes by reducing waste levels
- Ensure the facility and the workspace premises is always neat and tidy.
- Ensure the kitchen unit, pushing unit, cleaning unit and guard unit supply specialist solutions.
- Collaborate with the Business team to formulate outstanding proposals
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information inside the organisation to coordinate other organizational processes
- Oversee plans and due dates
- Recognize Hiring requirements and associate it to Human resources
- Adhere with and preserve expertise in organisation’s rules on dressing, presence, computer usage, guard, and secrecy.
- Track stock of workspace inventory and the buying of new material with attention to budgetary restrictions
- Track expenses and expenditures to help in financial planning
- Supervise facilities solutions, servicing & maintenance initiatives and tradespersons
- Arrange and oversee other workspace initiatives (recycling, renovations, event organizing etc.)
- Ensure processes follow rules and rules
- Ensure proper filling and recordkeeping
- Keep abreast with all corporate modifications and business progress updates
Qualifications
- Proven work expertise of a minimum of 2-5 years as an Office administrator, Admin
- Reliable expertise in workspace standardized processes
- Expertise with workspace management software like MS Workspace (MS Excel and MS Word, particularly)
- Robust company competencies with a issue resolution mindset
- Outstanding documented and spoken communication competencies
- Meticulousness
- Bachelor's degree. or BA and additional credentials onsite Management are a plus
- Capability to stay calm when clients are stressed or upset.
- Cozy using computers.
- Expertise operating with client assistance.
