Capital Market Evaluator at Elvaridah Limited in Lagos

Position Overview

• The Fixed Earnings C Equities Associate will be in charge of carrying out analysis, supervising markets, and recognizing financial opportunities across equities and fixed earnings instruments.
• The position also requires making sure that all initiatives adhere with Securities and Exchange Fee (SEC Nigeria) rules, in addition to internal adherence rules.
• The associate will play a main responsibility in project sample supervising, implementation assist, and offering financial funding strategic guidance for executive review.

Market Data governance:

Preserve and modify Primary and Secondary Market Data Banks, which includes auction outcomes, pricing, and return curves. Offer routine status reports of inventory prices, corporate actions, and market releases (income, documentation, etc.) to assist project sample building.

Trade Assist s Recordkeeping:

Document and resolve trades by preserving precise trade slips and blotters. Guarantee promptness status updates and settlement of trades in line with internal regulates and compliance obligations.

Legal adherence:

• Verify that every initiatives adhere with SEC Nigeria regulations and standard procedures on equity and fixed earnings investments.
• Organize and help with SEC filings (every month, every quarter, and yearly returns, adherence certifications, and disclosures).
• Check adherence with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) / Counter Funding of Terrorism (CFT) qualifications for financial funding financial record.
• Assist within and outside the organization audits and compliance-related inspections, offering precise records and documentation.
