Position Overview

We are looking for a highly communicate effectively and professional in appearance Sales Delegate who will play a dual position in welcoming customers, coordinating the retail expertise, and monitoring basic sales / admin duty. This individual will be a key corporate identity ambassador and must be proficient in social platforms relation, client engagement, and basic sales status updates.

Primary duties

• Welcome and greet all clients with warmth and competence.
• Preserve a polished and customer-friendly reception zone.
• Offer thorough service understanding and mentor brides through their dress selection journey.
• Document and track routine sales precisely in store logbooks or online platforms.
• Preserve proper stock consciousness and help with minor inventory status reports.
• Utilize all key social platforms channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) to highlight designs, engage clients, and advance sales.
• Response phone calls and address messages in a prompt and courteous manner.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent Academic qualification (mandatory).
• Must be very eloquent, communicate effectively, and possess outstanding people skills.
• Robust command of English (spoken and documented).
• Social platforms savvy – capable to use Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other channels competently.
• Basic financial recordkeeping or sales recording competencies.
• Professional in appearance, courteous, and assured in appearance and demeanor.
• Prior expertise in client-facing positions, fashion in-store, or reception is a plus.
