Overview

We are looking for a agile Spa and wellness manager to manage activities, ensure service improvement, and lead the success of our spa.

Primary duties

• Supervise routine spa processes to guarantee smooth, productive, and lucrative service dispatch.
• Oversee and motivate spa employees, which includes therapists, receptionists, and attendants.
• Formulate and execute service guidelines, procedures, and capacity-building plans.
• Track visitor fulfillment and act on input promptly to improve customer experience.
• Organize and oversee financial plans, projections, and effectiveness documentation.
• Lead sales through campaigns, bundles, and exceptional service dispatch.
• Guarantee adherence with health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
• Work alongside other hotel departments to advance combined visitor experiences.

Qualifications

• Bsc in hotel management Management, Business Management, or associated fields
• At least 3 - 5 years of expertise in spa management inside the service sector.
• Effective guidance, corporate, and people skills.
• Expertise in spa treatments, wellness practices, and client support industry standards.
• Capability to oversee financial plans, evaluate effectiveness, and generate income growth.
• Exceptional information exchange and issue resolution abilities.
