Qualifications

• Bsc in Promotion, Mass Information exchange, Public relations, or a relevant field (not required if expertise is robust).
• Demonstrated expertise as a social media personnel/digital producer in fashion, lifestyle, or in-store brands.
• Robust project sample of past work (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, Threads, Pinterest, etc.).
• Gender Preference: Launch to all. (What matters most is creativeness, fashion sense, and digital proficiency).

Obligations:

• Formulate and implement a social platforms plan to build corporate identity consciousness and lead sales.
• Oversee content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, Threads, and Pinterest.
• Produce and refine premium quality photo and video content (product shoots, styling reels, fashion practices, behind-the-scenes).
• Compose compelling captions, blog-style posts, and marketing copy tailored to the fashion audience.
• Track practices in fashion and social platforms to keep content fresh and appealing.
• Oversee influencer alliances and corporate identity ambassadors.
• Run paid ads and marketing targeted at rising sales and client relation.
• Monitor productivity with data analysis resources and organize every month growth/effectiveness documentation.

Other Qualifications:

• Must possess a eager fashion sense and capability to style and show female wear (dresses, jeans, fits, sets, etc.) in trendy ways.
• Outstanding photography and videography competencies (using phone and/or specialist camera).
• Competence with editing resources like Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar).
• Deep knowledge of SEO for social platforms, hashtags, and audience relation.
• Must be innovative, self-motivated, and capable to operate with minimal oversight.
• Accessibility to participate fashion events, store vacancies, and pop-up activations when necessary.

Operating Timetable:

Full-time (Monday – Saturday, with adaptive schedule for fashion events, shoots, and marketing launches). Hybrid: In-field presence for photoshoots, content formation, and product launches, with remote adaptive schedule for routine posting, relation, and data analysis.
