Position Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and initiative-driven Accounting officer to join our finance team. The position includes coordinating daily financial financial record, getting ready documentation, and making sure adherence with accounting guidelines and statutory obligations. The preferred candidate will assist in-store LPG processes with prompt financial findings to assist management strategic judgment.

Primary duties

• Document routine financial record (sales, buys, expenditures, and receipts).
• Oversee client billing, collections, and adjustments.
• Process supplier bills, payments, and vendor adjustments.
• Track money movement and resolve bank, cash, and POS financial record.
• Organize every month financial statements and assist financial planning.
• Guarantee adherence with VAT, WHT, PAYE, and audit qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
• 2–4 years’ related experience (petroleum sector/energy sector expertise is a plus).
• Competence in financial system (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, Enterprise platform planning) and MS Excel.
• Robust logical, corporate, and verbal abilities.
• Honesty and reliability, secrecy, and meticulousness.
