Job Description

We are looking for a innovative and structured Digital producer / Social media personnel / Sales Recorder to join our team.
The preferred candidate will oversee social platforms channels, produce compelling content, and preserve precise sales records.
This hybrid position bridges both online relation and offline sales processes, requiring someone initiative-driven, trustworthy, and proficient at balancing various duty.

Produce compelling photo, video, and documented content for the organization’s social platforms channels.
Oversee social platforms accounts, address messages, and engage with followers to grow the corporate identity.
Manage client questions connected with posted content and offer precise product information.
Help clients online and through phone, making sure prompt responses to their questions.
Document routine sales financial record precisely using a computer.
Collaborate with the sales officer to align physical sales with online relation.
Preserve transparent and precise sales records to prevent errors or fraud.

At least National Certification (ND) or equivalent.
2-3 years’ expertise in content formation, social platforms management, or sales/stock recording.
Solid understanding of key social platforms channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
Capability to produce content (photos, videos, graphics) that leads relation.
Good client support and verbal abilities.
Basic expertise in sales/stock software (advantageous).
Structured, initiative-driven, and trustworthy.
Language: Fluent in English.
