Role summary

We are looking for a agile and outcomes-driven Medical Sales Delegate to advance and sell our healthcare goods. The preferred candidate will possess robust sales strategic insight, healthcare service understanding, and the capability to foster connections with healthcare experts, hospitals and Pharmacies.

Primary duties

• Advance and sell health care goods to hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, and distributor outlets.
• Formulate and preserve solid connections with healthcare experts which includes doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and buying managers.
• Carry out product demonstrations and development sessions for healthcare staff and distributors.
• Accomplish every month, every quarter, and yearly revenue goals in allocated territory.
• Observe industry trends, rival initiatives, and client response to endorse strategic actions.
• Preserve precise records of client engagements, sales, and stock.
• Guarantee adherence with compliance-related and professional conduct of pharmaceutical/healthcare sales.
• Engage in trade shows, medical exhibitions, and advertising events.
• Offer after-sales assist and settle client concerns productively.

Credentials / Qualifications

• B. Pharm., Bachelor's degree / Higher national diploma Bio Chemistry or Science associated course
• Maximum of 2 years post service.
• Must not be more than 35 years of age
• Solid understanding of the healthcare industry and allocation networks.
• Clear articulation, bargain, and people skills.
• Capability to operate independently and oversee a sales territory.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must be prepared to send daily update on sales initiatives.
• Must possess a valid driver's permit.
