Job Description

We’re on the hunt for a charismatic speaker who knows how to win people over with just their voice (and maybe a little charm).
As our Call Centre Agent / Virtual Sales clerk, you’ll be the frontline closer—managing incoming/outgoing calls, checking in on directs, and turning interest into action.
This isn’t your average client assistance gig—we need someone who can talk the talk and close the transaction.

Make and accept calls with trust, visual precision, and competence
Engage potential opportunities, establish trust quickly, and pitch solutions/goods productively
Check in on warm directs and turn them into remitting clients
Keep records of engagements, track switches, and modify CRM resources
Manage questions through phone, email, or chat in a friendly, persuasive tone
Help in promotion duty like email outreach, follow-ups, and assignment planning.

Interested applicants should have a Bsc with 2 years work expertise.
Fluent, communicate effectively English speaker with a warm, assured voice
Solid experience in sales, promotion, or telemarketing
Verified ability to close agreements—you know how to turn a “maybe” into a “yes!”
Cozy operating with sales scripts, objection managing, and CRM resources
Structured, dependable, and self-driven
Capability to adjust your tone and pitch relying on the customer
This is an In-field position in Delta.
