Primary duties

• Client engagement Management: DSAs build and sustain connections with customers, offering personalized service and assist to comprehend their financial needs and preferences.
• Sales Closing: They agree on conditions, pricing, and agreements to complete sales and secure client obligations.
• Sales goal Accomplishment: DSAs are in charge of meeting or exceeding their allocated revenue goals.
• Client support and Problem solving: They manage client questions, settle service issues, and offer continuous help to guarantee client fulfillment.
• Status updates and Evaluation: DSAs organize sales documentation, evaluate sales effectiveness, and offer input to the bank on industry trends and client response.
• Service understanding: They stay current on the bank's goods and solutions, which includes capabilities, perks, and pricing.
• Adherence: They guarantee alignment to the bank's rules and standardized processes, which includes KYC (Know Your Client) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) rules.
• Account Opening and Recordkeeping: DSAs help clients with the process of opening new accounts and verify that every necessary recordkeeping is finished precisely and productively.
• Checking in: They check in on directs, questions, and client requests to preserve solid connections and lead sales.
• Preserving Records: They keep precise records of sales initiatives, client information, and other applicable data.
• Lead generation and Head Production: DSAs actively identify and pursue possibility clients through various methods, which includes cold calling, relationship building, client recommendations, and head production marketing.
