Position Overview

A Hydraulic technician is in charge of Process, Servicing & maintenance, Trouble Shooting of hydraulic operational structures for FLS Coolers, IKN Coolers, Loesche VRM and OK Mills. They utilize their competence in fluid mechanics, physics, and engineering principles to evaluate and formulate maintainable initiatives for bulk material managing tools (Stacker and Reclaimer), kilns clinker Cooler hydraulic operational structures. This position plays a critical part in the organizing and execution of various hydraulic engineering projects, making sure effectiveness, safety, and ecological responsibility. Exposure of Cement Plant Tools Stacker Reclaimers, Rawmills, Kilns Coolers and Cement mill General Servicing & maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Mechanical Engineering, with Hydraulics Development/Hydraulics Special Course  or a relevant field. A MSC is desirable.
• Specialist Engineer (P.E.) permit is desirable.
• Above 15 years of expertise in cement plant hydraulics Process, servicing & maintenance and Trouble Shooting.
• Demonstrated expertise in hydraulic engineering, ideally during planning phase and servicing & maintenance of hydraulic operational structures.
• Expertise in study of Hydraulic Circuits /hydraulic Notations and Symbols applicable software and resources used in hydraulic engineering, which includes AutoCAD, Office productivity software and SAP Module.
• Robust mathematical and computational competencies.
• Understanding with ecological consequence evaluation methods and rules.
• Outstanding documented and spoken communication competencies.
• Expertise in project coordination and operating with cross-functional teams.
• Robust issue resolution and critical-thinking abilities.
• Capability to operate productively under pressure and deliver on time.
