Position Overview

The Wage processing Management Officer is in charge of the comprehensive management and processing of wage processing for all employees and the offering of a premium quality complete wage processing service making sure that salaries and expenditures are paid inside the compliance structure of the organization.

Wage processing Management:

• Balance the wage processing accounts by addressing wage processing discrepancies
• Preserve wage processing standard procedures by drafting and updating rules and standardized processes
• Support to groupwork by accomplishing associated outcomes as needed
• Preserve specialist and domain expertise by participating teaching workshops; analyzing specialist publications; establishing personal networks; engaging in specialist societies.
• Every other assigned and allocated obligations

Point of contact:

• Be the main point of reach out with external suppliers (coverage, retirement and wage processing companies.)
• Offer wage processing information by responding questions and requests
• Preserve employee trust and protects wage processing processes by keeping information private

Expertise 1:

• At least Three (3) years cumulative cognate expertise in a Human resources/Wage processing Management position
• Significant expertise in MARPOL, waste Management or shipping and harbor operations
• Highly numerate, with good turnaround time on duty, capability to supply with minimal oversight

Skills Technical:

• Proficient in Excel
• Good HRIS expertise
• Designing and organizing projects with support
• Regulatory framework development with costing/implications
• Familiarisation and analysis of work regulations and government rules, rules, methods and standardized processes
• Interprets and applies legal provisions, rules and standardized processes concerning employee rights and perks
• Computer appreciation
