About the Position

A Hospitality attendant serves as a key point of reach out for Guests and VIP Guests throughout their stay at the hotel, offering information about the hotel and the local vicinity.

What will I be doing?

• A Hospitality attendant, you will serve as a key point of reach out for Guests and VIP Guests throughout their stay at the hotel, offering information about the hotel and the local vicinity.
• A Hospitality attendant is in charge of coordinating the first perceptions of our Guests and, therefore, must execute the items listed duty to the highest guidelines:
• Serve as a key point of reach out for Guests and productively address Visitor questions
• Offer details, guidance and reservation solutions for a broad selection of Visitor questions, which includes city tours, theatre tickets, dining venues, doctors, flight appointments, among others
• Process and supply messages for Guests
• Supply and safely storage Visitor luggage
• Stay updated with all hotel solutions in addition to routine VIP requests and special events
• Ensure orderliness and safety standard procedures around the lobby and front door zones
• Offer assistance for executive review as necessary, in cases of crisis
• Project a specialist manner with an emphasis on hospitality and Visitor service
• Preserve a clean, healthy, and safety operating zone
• Act in accordance with rules and standardized processes when operating with front of house tools and real estate management operational structures
