Position Overview

We are looking for a devoted and initiative-driven Human resources Executive to join our team and play a pivotal position in shaping our people plan and office culture.

Primary duties

• Oversee comprehensive hiring process and orientation methods.
• Assist the development and execution of Human resources rules and standardized processes.
• Manage workplace engagement, employee concerns, and dispute settlement competently.
• Organize development and development programs to improve employee output.
• Preserve precise Human resources records and guarantee adherence with work legal provisions.
• Assist wage processing management and perks management.
• Lead employee relation and office wellness programs.
• Help in results tracking methods and succession organizing.

Credentials & Qualifications

• Bsc in HR, Business Management, or relevant field (Human resources qualifications are a desirable asset).
• 3–4 years of demonstrated expertise in an Human resources position (ideally in [insert industry, e.g., logistics, FMCG, or corporate solutions]).
• Solid understanding of Nigerian work legal provisions and Human resources industry standards.
• Clear articulation, interpersonal, and analytical abilities.
• Capability to protect privacy, honesty and reliability, and competence at all times.
• Competence in MS Workspace and Human resources software/resources.
