Job Description

Supervises the execution and assist of MTNN IP/MPLS network
Executes and aids Unified Information exchange Initiatives for combined voice, video and data across various design models which includes Single, Distributed, and Survivable Remote Sites, multi-vendor channels which includes routing, switching, guard and wireless technical solutions
Lead and ensure solution of Internet associated escalated concerns within SLA, Regional location Network (LAN) and Wide Zone Network (WAN) process.
Ensure degradations on the internet edge network are picked within SLA and diagnose issues with the respective Handled Solutions Vendors, Associates and internal teams for fix
Assist and traffic engineering for Internet Cache solutions (FB, Google) and exchange point (IXPN), Data facility Networks utilizing Cisco Application Centric Structure (ACI), which includes Application Dispatch Managers

Recognizing concerns to prevent expensive outages or unnecessary capacity upgrades.
Recognize and settle concerns on troublesome channels or bring to attention recurring technical challenges
Boosts client fulfillment in reliability, accessibility, and cost of network service connected with VoIP/IP-PBX
In charge of technical specification reviews, strategic guidance, and network designs for the enterprise’s VoIP networks
Network devices according to the servicing & maintenance timetable or in response to incidents
Set up network resources to offer current business and effectiveness status of handled networks and devices
Make sure that vendor industry standard documentation (e.g., Cisco, F5, Huawei) are executed
Proactively evaluate network and NMS alarms to recognize and settle possibility concerns
Organize plans for defining, deploying, and preserving MTNN in-house IP telephony voice information exchange architecture
Preserve ongoing and thorough expertise in Cisco technical solutions, with emphasis on Unified Communications
Offer assistance to Organizing and Execution teams on projects connected with VoIP structure and technical solutions
Arrange and head planned running test that confirms guard and failover mechanisms on MTNN business network nodes & solutions
Comprehension to produce Acceptance test strategies and implement them with site help desk

First Academic qualification in Computer Science/Engineering or Electrical or Electrical Electronics / Engineering
