Manager, Fulfilment Guarantee and Invoicing FAB Solutions at MTN Nigeria in Ikoyi, Lagos

Purpose

To recognize and coordinate the automatic control of key assist methods (fulfilment, guarantee, invoicing, status updates, etc.), in line with MTN Corporate plan and in a manner that roles MTN as a force inside the tech space, To comprehend the organizational needs of the Customer success team and carry out thorough evaluation that would assist the design/ deploying of efficient initiatives, leveraging thriving company evaluation and adjustment management procedures and frameworks. To coordinate the dispatch of other solutions through MTN ecosystem associates, pushing strong relation with key within and outside the organization participants

Duties

• Lead the improvement of dispatch/ assist methods (fulfilment, guarantee, invoicing, status updates, etc.) connected to various initiatives (voice, data, converged/ ICT), based on applicable market and business needs. 
• Adopt thriving company evaluation procedures to guarantee adequate solutioning/ architecting:
• Coordinating cross-operational collaborations possessing applicable participants in EB-Segments, Customers solutions, Sales, Business Dev & outside EB to assist requirement assessments, evaluation, management & recordkeeping with the goal of supplying business value. 
• Record thorough organizational needs for the proposed notions/ business creates from primary stakeholders.
• Ensure strength of running test and dispatch of initiative that meets clients’ needs
• Lead E2E management of the plan development process, in terms excellent quality, on-time completion and scope management
• Coordinate efficient scoping and phasing of programs, making sure supplies are within accepted timelines.
• Act as the product owner for all FAB associated deploying initiatives, productively carrying out all duties of the product owner as defined by the SCRUM structure. 
• Lead ongoing evaluate of current methods and automatic control qualifications in line with tech progression, 
• Consistent synchronization with the QA & running test team for scripting testcases, product validations, spotting any deviations from the accepted organizational needs & executing periodic product standard & effectiveness checks to enhance product standard through:
• Rendering assist in fixing concerns recognized 
• Or lifting adjustment requests where necessary to coordinate enhancements & upgrades.
• Ensure full consolidation excellent quality management methods within all initiatives of Propositions and Product Development Group and ensure full adherence with telecommunications permit offerings, sector rules and contest legal provisions.

Qualifications Education:

• First academic qualification in any associated discipline (Engineering, Sciences, Tech, etc.)
• Fluent in English and language of country recommended
• MSC in product development, business evaluation, system engineering, project coordination is a plus
