Position Overview

We are looking for a very driven and innovative Social media personnel to join our team. As a Social media personnel, you will help during the formation and execution of our social platforms plan, produce compelling content that exhibits in-house initiatives [studio activties, skilled initiatives & a positive forecasting of the Brila corporate identity), all as you assist oversee our social platforms presence.

Duties

• Help in producing and planning posts across multiple social platforms channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & Tik-tok.)
• Formulate and execute a content calendar to guarantee uniformity and relation
• Track and address comments and messages on social platforms in a prompt and specialist manner
• Help in producing and editing creative assets (graphics, videos, etc.) for social platforms
• Evaluate social platforms indicators and offer findings for future content and plan
• Stay current with the latest social platforms practices and industry standards especially amongst other media houses (home & abroad)
• Work alongside the team to brainstorm new creative thoughts and notions for social platforms content
• Help in coordinating social platforms marketing and campaigns
• Help in streaming and repurposing radio content for social platforms. 

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of expertise in social platforms management
• Deep knowledge of social platforms channels and their respective target groups
• Outstanding documented and spoken communication competencies
• Capability to operate independently and in a collaborative environment
• Robust logical and analytical abilities
• Understanding with social platforms admin systems (Hootsuite, Sprout Community-related, etc.)
• Understanding with graphic design and visual content editing software (Adobe Innovative Suite, etc.)

Preferred Credentials:

• Expertise with social platforms marketing (Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.)
• Expertise in SEO principles and application method them to social platforms
• Expertise with social platforms data analysis resources (Google Data analysis, etc.).
