Job Description

In charge of conceptualizing, supervising, and updating project plans, making sure that work is carried out productively and in line with delivery schedules, financial plans, and assets.
The position includes close synchronization with PMs, engineers, procurement, and service providers to track advancement, recognize risks, and execute corrective actions.
Formulate and preserve thorough project strategies, plans, and timelines.
Projection and assign assets (labor, tools, materials) to meet project qualifications.
Track milestone tracking, monitor productivity, and bring to attention deviations from the strategy.
Organize with PMs, engineers, procurement, and other participants to align initiatives.
Recognize risks, setbacks, and bottlenecks, and endorse corrective actions.
Organize and show advancement documentation, charts, and status reports for executive review and participants.
Assist financial planning and expense management by aligning strategies with financial projections.
Guarantee adherence with project organizing guidelines, standardized processes, and binding obligations.
Preserve precise organizing records for audit, requests, and project records.
Contribute to task sessions, offering organizing and planning findings.

Bsc in Engineering, Project coordination, Building Management, or relevant field.
Demonstrated expertise as a Planner in related sector (building, petroleum sector, structure, or production operations).
Competence in scheduling systems which includes Primavera P6, MS Project, or Enterprise platform planning operational structures.
Robust logical and planning abilities.
Capability to operate under pressure and oversee various key focuses.
Clear articulation and status updates competencies.
Expertise in project coordination methods and structured approaches.
