Job Description

We are looking for a Director of photography / Video Generation Expert to bring our stories to life through powerful graphics visual stories.
This position blends innovative direction, cinematography, and editing proficiency to supply premium quality video content for corporate identity marketing, product explainers, social platforms, and client capabilities.
The preferred candidate is a visual content creator with practical competence in camera processes, lighting, leading, and post-processing, and someone who thrives in both organized and spontaneous shoot environments.

Work alongside participants to formulate innovative notions, storyboards, and shot lists.
Identify shoot sites, set up shoots, and oversee logistics.
Strategy and implement lighting, camera setups, and tools qualifications.
Operate cameras (DSLR, mirrorless, cinema-grade) and associated tools.
Direct and capture compelling recorded content for corporate identity marketing, testimonials, events, and social platforms.
Ensure technical quality—framing, concentration, lighting, and sound—during shoots.
Capture both scripted and unscripted moments with an eye for corporate identity narrative creation.
Refine unedited material into polished concluding assets using widely adopted software.
Add audio selections, sound outcomes, graphics, and color grading for specialist dispatch.
Work alongside motion UI/UX professionals for smooth unification of 2D/3D assets into videos.
Oversee versioning and adaptations for various channels (YouTube, IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, web).
Strategic trial with new data layouts, graphics styles, and narrative creation methods.
Keep up with practices in short-form, documentary, and branded video content.
Verify that every video content aligns with corporate identity standard procedures and business targets.

Interested applicants should have a Bsc with 4 - 7 years work expertise.
Cinematography: Robust eye for structure, lighting, framing, and movement.
Specialized abilities: Competence with cinema cameras (RED, Blackmagic, Sony, Canon) and accessories.
Lighting & Sound: Competence in lighting setups (natural and studio) and audio recording.
Visual content editing: Competence in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Settle, Concluding Cut Pro, After Outcomes.
Post-processing: Proficient in color grading, LUTs, sound mixing, and VFX basics.
Narrative creation: Capability to craft visual stories through graphics, pacing, and sequencing.
Flexibility: Can work across data layouts (short-form, long-form, ads, events).
Partnership: High-performing group player, cozy operating with brand promoters, UI/UX professionals, and cross-functional teams.
