Position Overview

The ICT Trainer is in charge of supplying compelling and practical lessons in Information and Information exchange Tech (ICT). The position includes training students or trainees computer fundamentals, software apps, internet usage, and tech proficiency, while nurturing creativeness, issue resolution, and technological skilled.

Primary duties

• Formulate and supply ICT syllabus and lesson strategies tailored to learners’ levels and needs.
• Train practical and theoretical notions in zones which includes:
• Computing equipment and software
• Ms office tools and efficiency apps
• Internet, email, and digital information exchange
• Basic coding/programming and digital literacy
• Carry out practical sessions and mentor learners in projects, tasks, and evaluations.
• Assess student effectiveness through tests, tasks, and practical exercises.
• Offer IT assistance and direction to students in using ICT resources productively.
• Preserve and oversee ICT tools, computer labs, and system enhancements.
• Keep current with emerging technical solutions and integrate them into training.
• Organize instructional materials, documented guides, and graphics helps for lessons.
• Motivate ethical use of tech and advance online safety consciousness.
• Work alongside teammates to enhance training methods and development materials.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Computer Science, Information Tech, Education, or relevant field.
• Demonstrated expertise as an ICT Trainer, Tutor, or Trainer.
• Robust corporate and time-management abilities.
• Competence in various software (like Office productivity software), coding languages (Scratch, HTML, JavaScript), hardware diagnosing issues, and network management.
• Outstanding visual communication and information exchange abilities, robust corporate and management abilities, patience, flexibility, and a enthusiasm for nurturing academic superiority.
