This position is critical in coordinating comprehensive hiring process, pushing orientation, optimizing workplace engagement, and assisting Human resources projects that promote corporate performance and growth.

Primary duties

• Recruitment: Head and oversee the full hiring process cycle, which includes position postings, applicant procurement, interviewing, and selection.
• Orientation: Coordinate a smooth orientation process for new recruits, making sure they are well-combined into the organization culture and equipped for success.
• Workplace engagement: Serve as a point of reach out for employee queries and concerns, nurturing a positive and helpful office environment.
• Human resources Management: Preserve and modify employee records, making sure precision and adherence with organisation rules and lawful qualifications.
• Results tracking: Assist work assessment methods, offering direction and response to staff and leadership.
• Human resources Projects: Support to the development and execution of Human resources programs and projects that improve corporate performance.

Credentials

• Teaching Profile: A Academic qualification in HR, Business Management, or a relevant field is desirable.
• Expertise: 2-4 years demonstrated expertise in Human resources and hiring process positions, with a deep knowledge of industry standards and job legislation.
• Technical expertise: Competence in Human resources software and Ms office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• People skills: Exceptional information exchange and people skills, with the capability to build solid connections across all levels of the company.
• Planning abilities: Robust corporate and handling multiple responsibilities abilities, with a focused awareness to description.
• Solution-oriented capability: Exhibited capability to manage sensitive concerns with discretion and execute efficient initiatives.
