Position Overview

• We are recruiting a Social media personnel to assist us grow and oversee our online presence.
• This position is ideal for someone committed to digital promotion, narrative creation, and compelling target groups.
• You will work in an nimble team to produce, timetable, and track content that reflects our corporate identity’s voice and aids customer marketing.

Primary duties

• Help in conceptualizing and executing social platforms plans across channels which includes Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
• Produce and timetable compelling posts, stories, and reels that match with corporate identity standard procedures.
• Track practices, conversations, and audience relation to enhance content effectiveness.
• Work alongside the design team to produce graphics for social platforms.
• Monitor productivity indicators and offer basic documentation on marketing outcomes.
• Address comments, messages, and questions in a prompt and specialist manner.

Qualifications

• Basic expertise in social platforms channels and industry standards.
• Creativeness and good skilled in writing for captions and short-form content.
• Capability to operate independently and oversee various duty in a remote environment.
• Effective communication and planning abilities.

Preferred Credentials:

Expertise with social platforms admin systems like TikTok Studio or Meta Business Suite will be an added advantage. Understanding with basic design resources which includes Canva or CapCut is a plus.
