Generation and Logistic Manager at PE Lifts Nigeria in Lagos

About the position

We are looking for an skilled and outcomes-driven Generation / Logistics Manager to supervise generation processes and oversee the productive flow of goods, materials, and logistics methods. The preferred candidate will be in charge of managing generation initiatives, optimizing assets, making sure on-time completion, and preserving operations excellency in line with organisation guidelines.

People & Process Management:

• Oversee and educate generation/logistics employees, nurturing collaboration and responsibility.
• Carry out effectiveness assessments and guarantee alignment to organisation rules.
• Preserve precise records and produce documentation on generation and logistics effectiveness.

Credentials & Expertise

• Bsc in Generation Management, Logistics, Stock Chain Management, Engineering, or relevant field.
• At least 5 years’ expertise in generation and/or logistics management, ideally in production operations or connected sector.
• Deep knowledge of stock chain, warehousing, and allocation principles.
• Competence in MS Workspace and logistics/generation management software (e.g., Enterprise platform planning
• operational structures).
• Outstanding corporate, issue resolution, and management abilities.
• Clear expression and interpersonal abilities.
