Wage processing information is essential by several entities in the company, and the users also possess common needs; the position requires the holder to productively oversee these human and system qualifications to allow for smooth flow of information and data. Precision and timeliness of payment in a highly unionized environment like TEPNG is essential. Boosted necessity for automatic control and digitalization of methods to introduce creative invention that will head to better data governance, effectiveness of payment processes, and client fulfillment.

Position Objective

To formulate and oversee remuneration and perks programs and evaluate remuneration data and pay framework to guarantee they are attractive, conforming, and in sync with the organization's strategic targets, while also making sure the implementation of all liabilities for current job agreements in the best head time possible, observing external and internal regulations, and preserving internal equity and staff fulfillment.

Applicant background:

• Graduate academic qualification in Computer Science/Accountancy/Mathematics/ Statistics/HR or its equivalent from a reputable Tertiary institution
• At least 7 years operating expertise
• Robust numeric, logical and connection leadership abilities
• Expertise in personnel rules and rules
• High level of competence in MS resources,
• Solid understanding of Financial planning, databases, information operational structures, Programming and information management
