Organizer, Subsea Life of Site at TotalEnergies EP Nigeria Limited in Lagos

Circumstance & Environment 

• The Subsea Life of Field associate is part of DW FOPS Servicing & maintenance Service
• The scope of duties comprises intervention on two subsea assets:
• AKPO Site: 44 wells – 114 kbopd; 9.7 MMSm3/d gas.
• EGINA Site: 44 wells – 208 kbopd; 3.6 MMSM3/d gas

Initiatives

• In charge of managing all service-associated collaborate with the SPS LoF Service providers
• Assist in the project setup of CPSC dossiers for LoF solutions agreement subjects.
• Assist in project setup and implementation of Service standard Sessions (SQMs) for SPS Service providers.
• Technical interface with Associates & Governing bodies (NUIMS, NUPRC etc.) for Subsea LoF associated subjects.
• Focal point for managing Subsea LoF expenditures for DCD, ECP and Subsea FOPS inside the circumstance of LoF agreement and Subsea financial plans within FOPS
• In charge of estimating, getting ready and checking in of all Service Orders along with internal authorization for LOF Solutions.
• In charge to guarantee prompt servicing & maintenance and accessibility of subsea tools, tools utility and spares in SPS Vendor and TOTALENERGIES onshore storage sites so as not to effect processes.
• Arrange ad hoc/WEN/SO settlement sessions with the applicable entities (ECP Subsea, D&Ws Subsea, Onne on-site reps, Service providers and Expense management)
• Engage and offer technical input on subsea concerns during the formation of AKPO & EGINA SIMOPS standardized processes, JRA and the PTW system.
• Offer technical support for the remote marine operations processes of subsea facilities (trees, manifolds, etc.) and associated topsides tools (HPU, SCU, etc.) in both AKPO & EGINA fields.
• Offer engineering and subsea regulates assist to honesty and reliability associated projects with SPS service providers.
• Coordinate the development of Subsea digital advancement avenues that would reduce Subsea OPEX and grow tools accessibility in both AKPO & EGINA fields.
• Ensure technical implementation of DW Subsea Honesty and reliability works necessary for making sure operability of Subsea tools
• Technical evaluate of Subsea processes documents (Assignment Strategies, Standardized processes SIMOPS, JRA…) necessary for any subsea servicing & maintenance or fix process on AKPO & EGINA site.
• Management of SPS spare parts within perimeter of LoF agreements.
• Evaluate ad hoc Subsea position requests and work orders
• Assist the Subsea servicing & maintenance manager during financial planning and effectiveness assessments.
• In charge of Subsea agreement adherence for assigned agreements, prompt processing of bills, and undertaking consistent cost assessments with expense management and agreements team against remaining financial plan.
• To interface with TEPNG DW Agreements department in the project setup of subsea agreements and organize the interface between SPS service providers and TEPNG DW Agreements department.
• Assist in composing LoF solutions agreements and close-out of technical agreement exceptions during replacement deal discussions
• To interface with TOTALENERGIES HQ SPS CATMAN on Life of site subjects and customer care synergy and optimization across all TOTALENERGIES affiliates.
• Offer starting installation, initiating, and begin-up support to new projects. E.g., PREOWEI, AKPO WEST supplied by SPS LoF Service providers.
• To recognize and execute programs targeted at optimizing the Subsea Life of Site agreements.

Position Objective

The DW FOPS Subsea Life of Field associate is technically in charge of project setup and implementation of AKPO/EGINA Subsea life of site solutions for Subsea FOPs, D&Ws and ECP

Position Dimensions:

• Focal point for all Subsea LOF associated solutions (Subsea FOPs, D&Ws and ECP).
• Solution of Subsea key honesty and reliability threats (EGINA & AKPO) with SPS LOF Service providers
• IT assistance for New Subsea Projects. E.g., PREOWEI, AKPO WEST,
• IT assistance for special subsea associated projects honesty and reliability, facility upgrade or obsolescence management with SPS LoF Service providers
